This position is for our office in Malaga. You need to be available for work in the office.
We are the backbone of HR operations, specializing in administrative excellence, documentation management, and global mobility. Our day-to-day involves managing employee files, drafting official letters, maintaining HR records, and ensuring full legal compliance across all regions. We also run the company's relocation program, supporting employees moving to our hubs in Spain and Cyprus—from visa applications to local registrations and housing support. We're a hands-on team that thrives on structure, accuracy, and making international transitions smooth and stress-free for our people.
Draft and manage HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
Ensure all employee records are legally compliant and align with data protection requirements.
Support employees with their post-relocation adaptation, including:
Opening bank accounts
Address registration
Obtaining a digital certificate
Assist with healthcare-related processes, including registration with Centros de Salud and nursery enrollment for employees' children.
Manage residence card (TIE) processes:
Prepare application documents
Arrange payment of government fees
Book appointments for initial issuance, renewals, and collection of TIE cards
Coordinate travel and temporary accommodation bookings for relocating employees.
Prepare, maintain, and update relocation guides and other employee support materials.
Support employees with appointments at public authorities and service providers, including the Tax Office, Police, City Hall, banks, and other institutions.
Prepare visa invitation letters and other immigration-related supporting documents.
Liaise with consulates, visa application centres, and government authorities regarding immigration and visa matters.
1+ years of experience in HR/Relocation.
Fluent Spanish
Fluent English
Experience handling HR documents, employee records and files
Key soft skills: proactive and stress-resistant
Will be a plus
Agency background or familiarity with Spanish bureaucratic processes is a big advantage.
Temporary contract with an opportunity of prolongation (not guaranteed, based on company needs and performance).
