In Argentina (Córdoba / Buenos Aires), within the Generative AI & Cloud Automation domain, we are actively seeking a Software Engineer – GenAI SSR to strengthen our technical cell dedicated to designing and implementing Generative AI solutions with direct impact on business efficiency.

This is a semi-senior / semi-senior advanced role with high autonomy, focused on building robust, scalable, and secure AI components aligned with enterprise architectural requirements.

This is you

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions in Generative AI, Cloud Ecosystems, or Automation

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to thrive in dynamic, sprint-based environments.

• Technical mindset with the ability to structure and deploy robust, scalable, and secure AI components

• Advanced proficiency in Python and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI

• Solid experience integrating and consuming LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Gemini, Claude) and implementing RAG systems with vector databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search).

• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, containerization ( Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation ( Terraform).

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and autonomous agent frameworks

• Proven ability to document technical designs and maintain standards for integration and continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally in multidisciplinary teams.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience orchestrating data and AI pipelines with Data Factory or Event Hub.

• Familiarity with deploying assistants and tools like Microsoft Copilot or Gemini in enterprise environments.

• Knowledge of AI security hardening, including input sanitization, prompt injection mitigation, and GenAI-specific vulnerabilities.

• Experience in regulated industries (financial services, banking) with high-availability and transaction-intensive systems.

This is your role

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions with measurable business impact.

• Create and optimize language models and AI pipelines with a focus on security, performance, and observability.

• Deploy solutions on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) ensuring scalability and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deliverables with organizational OKRs.

• Document technical designs and maintain standards for integration and continuous improvement.

• Research emerging technologies and propose enhancements to the AI ecosystem.

• Contribute to the evolution of autonomous agent architectures and RAG systems.
