Make a real difference during lunchtimes at Lift Columbus!
We are looking for a caring and proactive Midday Supervisor to join our team and help ensure our pupils have a safe, positive and enjoyable lunchtime experience. You will play an important role in supporting student wellbeing, encouraging positive interactions and helping create a calm and inclusive environment during breaktimes.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help pupils feel safe, engaged and ready to return to learning, contributing to our mission that every child receives an excellent education, every day.
About Lift Columbus
Lift Columbus is a thriving special school and college based across two campuses in Chelmsford, providing education for pupils aged 3–19 with a range of complex learning needs including PMLD, SLD and ASD. Our specialist facilities and highly skilled staff create a nurturing environment where every pupil is supported to achieve their full potential.
