As a Mid-Term Support Intern, youโll play a key role in supporting our Guest Support team to ensure our guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Youโll assist with customer communication, handle administrative tasks, and contribute to maintaining the high-quality service that defines GuestReady.

Support the Guest Support team in providing a great experience for our guests.
Example: Help manage guest inquiries and ensure quick, efficient resolutions.

Handle customer communications professionally and empathetically.
Example: Respond to messages and assist with booking-related questions.

Assist with administrative and operational tasks
Example: Manage data using Excel and help organize internal documentation.

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Example: Double-check guest information or booking details to prevent errors.
