Mid-Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer B2B, Remote
We are seeking a Mid-Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to design, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. The role requires strong technical expertise in building plugins, workflows, integrations, and customizing Dynamics 365 to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP.
Create plugins, workflows, business rules, and custom scripts to extend Dynamics functionality.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs and middleware.
Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance tuning, and bug fixes.
Participate in requirement gathering and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with consultants, business analysts, and end-users.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
47 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE or Finance & Operations). Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and FetchXML.
Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services.
Knowledge of Dynamics security model and role-based access.
Experience with solution management, version control, and deployment.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
