Mid-Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant
Remote, B2B Position Summary:
We are looking for a Mid-Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality Dynamics 365 solutions. The consultant will gather requirements, design solutions, configure Dynamics, and provide strategic insights to ensure business needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to analyze business processes and gather requirements.
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (CRM/CE, ERP, or Finance & Operations).
- Provide functional expertise in modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, or Supply Chain.
- Collaborate with developers to design customizations and integrations.
- Deliver workshops, training, and documentation for end-users.
- Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and business objectives.
- Participate in testing, UAT, and deployment support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on Dynamics strategy and roadmap. Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in business, IT, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (CRM/CE or ERP).
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Experience with solution design, functional documentation, and requirements gathering.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into system configurations.
