For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• At least 3 years of professional experience delivering full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, ideally in Service Cloud (good experience with Core Cloud, Salesforce Voice (CTI) or Data Cloud is also valid);
• strong Apes development skills, including classes, triggers and SOQL/SOSL;
• Experience building Lightning Componentes with LWC and/or Aura;
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations;
• Strong Salesforce configuration skills, including Flow, Validation Rules and automation;
• Ability to create techical documentation such as UML diagram, sequence diagram and technical specifications;
• Experience with unit testing, defect analysis and bug fixing;
• Familiarity with Git, SFDX and CI/CD pipelines;
• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification is required;
• Experience with Omni-Channel Routing and Prioritisation is good to have;
• Experience with Security and Access Model, Data Access and Visibility is good to have;
• Experience with reporting and analytics, including Reports, Dashboards and PowerBI integrations are a bonus;
• Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML is bonus;
• Fluency in English (C1 Level);
• Availability for a hybrid regime, 2x/week, in Parque das Nações (Lisbon) (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
