At Vortech PCI Group, we are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join a technology project within a multinational company, working in Valencia

We are looking for a professional with experience developing on the Salesforce Platform, with a strong technical mindset and a focus on development best practices, code quality, query optimization, and integration with external systems.

The selected candidate will participate in the design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions, working with technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and API integrations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
• Design and implement functionalities using Apex, Triggers, Classes, and asynchronous development patterns.
• Develop modern and responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components — LWC, JavaScript, and Visualforce when required.
• Create and consume REST/SOAP APIs to support integrations with external systems.
• Optimize queries using SOQL/SOSL, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Debug complex code issues and optimize existing automation.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and development best practices.
• Work with clean development principles, bulkified logic, and optimization against governor limits.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in projects related to Sales Cloud and Field Service.

REQUIREMENTS

• More than 3 years of experience in programmatic development on the Salesforce Platform.
• Solid experience developing with Apex.
• Experience with Triggers, Classes, and asynchronous development patterns.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components — LWC.
• Knowledge of Visualforce.
• Advanced knowledge of SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications through REST and/or SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices: bulkification, governor limits, clean code, and performance optimization.
• Practical experience working with Sales Cloud.
• Practical experience working with Salesforce Field Service.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

NICE TO HAVE

• Salesforce Platform Developer I — PDI certification.
• Experience with SFDX, Git, CI/CD, or deployment tools.
• Experience working under Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience optimizing existing automation and legacy code.
• Experience in international or multicultural environments.
• Knowledge of additional Salesforce Clouds.

CONDITIONS

• Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office.
• Location: Valencia, Spain.
• Freelance option may also be considered.
• Language: Excellent English required.
