Job Title: Mid-Market Sales Intern
Location: Virtual
Duration: Summer 2026 - 4 Months (May 2026 – August 2026)
Availability: *Full-time availability of 37.5 – 40 hours weekly is required to be eligible for this opportunity.

About the opportunity:
As a Mid-Market Sales Intern, you’ll work directly with our Sales and Strategy teams to support high-impact, AI-driven initiatives. You’ll gain exposure to the full sales cycle within a SaaS environment—helping identify strategic opportunities, developing analytics to help monitor results, and contribute to our AI go-to-market execution. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone interested in enterprise SaaS, AI adoption, and commercial strategy.
What you’ll get to do:
• As a Mid-Market Sales Intern at Dayforce, you will support our sales team by analyzing operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and uncovering gaps in our business. This hands-on role is ideal for someone interested in B2B technology sales, data analysis, and continuous improvement within a high-growth SaaS environment
• Analyze sales team workflows, processes, and data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Research and document inefficiencies in lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to gather requirements and feedback on current pain points.
• Assist in developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales effectiveness.
• Support CRM data hygiene efforts, ensuring accurate and actionable reporting.
• Prepare presentations and reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions.
Skills and experience we value:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in technology, SaaS, and B2B sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Excel, CRM platforms)
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
What would really make you stand out:
• Previous internship or work experience in sales or marketing is a plus
