Responsibilities:

• Plans, schedules, and executes engineering tasks across a range of project sizes
• Manages project budgets, timelines, contract requirements, and quality standards
• Develops engineering designs, technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for a variety of water-related projects
• Prepares technical documentation, reports, and digital deliverables; performs data analysis and supports projects through construction phases
• Oversees and coordinates the efforts of staff engineers, technicians, drafters, and other team members on assigned tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental Engineering
• Registration as a Professional Engineer
• 6 to 12 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering (WTP/WWTP)
• Proven experience managing the design and construction phases of water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects of varying sizes, with full accountability for budget, schedule, contract compliance, and quality standards.
• Ability to deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraints
• Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
