Responsibilities:
·The Signature Reduction Planner shall conduct mission and SR requirements analysis.
·Support the daily management and oversight of the SR/OPSEC Program.
·Conduct and write an annual assessment of the SR/OPSEC Program (to include
subordinate organizations) to ensure compliance with current DoD, Army, and INSCOM policies.
·Support the maintenance, issuance, recovery, inventory, and turn-in of the SR/OPSEC Program items and assist subordinate organizations.
·Write, staff, and track SR/OPSEC Program documents.
·Write, maintain, and instruct SR/OPSEC training courses based on operational
·requirements.
·Maintain day-to-day oversight, implementation, and sustainment, conduct
assessments, and maintain continuous quality control of the Army’s Due Diligence capability.
·Create implementation roadmaps for successful automation pilot programs.
·Maintain key SharePoint-based sites, pages, lists, libraries, and workflows in direct support of the Due Diligence and requirements.
·Establish and maintain oversight of end-user access and permissions for Classified
·Microsoft 365 proficiency.
·Must have knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) related to their duties.
·Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed.
·Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
Required qualifications/skills:
·At minimum a Bachelor's degree.
·Military or Government Education: Intermediate Level Education (ILE), Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (NCO), or other U.S. Government (USG) or IC equivalent. School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) or equivalent.
·10 full-time years of experience in planning SR, intelligence,
or sensitive activities within the last 8 years.
·5 full-time years of DoD policy development.
·5 full-time years of staff/action officer experience supporting
an Intelligence organization, to include maintaining
accountability of staffing actions, organizing senior-level
meetings and briefings, coordinating personnel actions, and
disseminating information across the command.
