Responsibilities:
·The Signature Reduction Management Officer shall provide highly qualified personnel to support the CI, HUMINT, and SR mission.
·Services include CI, HUMINT, and SR analysis and support, collection management, intelligence management, signature and identity management, intelligence planning, technical planning, classified research, data analysis, and
technical writing.
·Deliverables: OPSEC Standing Operating Plan, Strategic SR Information Reports, Plans, and Annexes, Strategic Annual SR Program Reviews and SR SOPs/TTPs, Threat and Vulnerability Assessment Report.
·Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
·Must have knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) related to their duties.
·Experience interpreting policy and drafting Army and DoD level memorandums.
·Advanced proficiency of Enterprise Task Management Solution System (ETMS2)
·Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed.
·Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
Required qualifications/skills:
·At minimum a Bachelor’s degree.
·Certifications: BOSC; FOSS
·10 years full-time in a Military Intelligence or IC role
supporting CI, HUMINT, SR, or other sensitive/specialized
intelligence activities.
·8 years of staff/action officer experience supporting an
Intelligence organization, to include maintaining
accountability of staffing actions, organizing senior-level
meetings and briefings, coordinating personnel actions, and
disseminating information across the command.
