Job Description:

We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager / Scrum Master to support
enterprise data initiatives within a fast-paced delivery environment. This role
is ideal for candidates with hands-on Agile project coordination experience who
are comfortable managing multiple priorities, driving execution, and partnering
across technical and business teams. The position is best suited for
professionals still actively growing in their PM/Scrum career path and looking
to deepen experience within enterprise-scale data organizations.

Skill and Experience
Requirement:

• 
  Minimum 2 years of
  recent experience as Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
• 
  Strong Agile/Scrum
  delivery experience
• 
  Sprint planning,
  backlog management, stakeholder coordination
• 
  Experience
  supporting enterprise data environments
• 
  Strong coordination
  with technical and business teams
• 
  Excellent
  communication and execution management skills
• 
  Ability to work in
  fast-paced delivery environments

Required Qualifications:

• 
  5-8 years of professional experience in Project Management, Scrum
  Leadership, Business Operations, or related delivery-focused roles.
• 
  Minimum 2 years of recent experience serving as a Project Manager and/or
  Scrum Master in an enterprise environment.
• 
  Experience supporting enterprise data environments, including
  coordination across data, analytics, reporting, or platform teams.
• 
  Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and
  execution-focused environment.
• 
  Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, sprint planning,
  backlog management, and stakeholder coordination.
• 
  Experience partnering with both technical and business teams to drive
  delivery outcomes.
• 
  Strong communication, organization, and execution management skills.
