MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Mid-level Program Control Analyst (PCA) to join our team. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

You will be part of a PCA team, responsible for areas of accounting for the training and development of that team. Provide project management and administrative support and coordination to a complex portfolio of contracts or one very large program depending upon the exact assignment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintains, and monitors funding and expenditures for both MANTECH and subcontractors

  • Coordinates, negotiates, and resolves financial compliance issues

  • Prepare financial reports

  • Works as key technical expert on financial analysis, issues, and concerns

  • Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met

  • Audits expense reports, timesheets, and purchase requisitions

  • Creates Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs), Budget estimates, and/or cost to complete work analysis for new projects or new work

  • Ability to multitask and multi-manage program execution responsibilities with corporate financial responsibilities

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of experience of Program Control Analyst experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, project planning and control, forecasting, indirect rate management, and variance analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of experience

  • PeopleSoft, Costpoint, Workday, Hyperion, sPro, and PowerBI skills

  • Excellent records, file management, and archiving skills


Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and have a current and active Secret Security Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position majority of the time.

  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
