The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level Product Specialist to join the team in Seattle, WA; Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; or Dallas, TX.

We are hiring an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Analytics Product Specialist to join the Enterprise AI & Data team supporting Boeing Global Services (BGS) Government Supply Chain AI & Analytics. This is an execution-focused product role that partners closely with business stakeholders, analytics, data engineering, and Machine Learning (ML) teams to translate business needs into scoped AI/analytics solutions, support delivery of Proof Of Concepts (POCs) and pilots, and ensure solutions demonstrate measurable value. The role emphasizes delivering outcomes, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and enabling adoption rather than owning large programs end-to-end.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyze stakeholder input and data to help define the scope and expected outcomes of AI/analytics initiatives

  • Support and help organize discovery and execution workshops to define 6–12-week POC scopes, key insights, required actions, and value propositions

  • Assist in defining team roles, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables; help maintain team alignment and clear communication

  • Create and maintain product artifacts: project charters, roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Azure Development Operations (DevOps) (or equivalent) tickets

  • Coordinate sprint activities with engineering and analytics teams; support sprint planning, demo preparation, and incremental feature delivery

  • Prepare and present concise stakeholder updates (progress, demos, risks, next steps) on a regular cadence

  • Translate technical analytics and model outputs into business-friendly summaries and recommendations

  • Track POC/feature success against defined metrics and help produce concise outcome reports that quantify expected or realized business value

  • Support adoption activities: develop demo materials, playbooks, and training for business users; collect user feedback for iteration

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, product support, analytics, and/or related roles

  • 2+ years of experience supporting product work related to data, analytics, or AI/ML (scoping POCs, writing requirements, & coordinating delivery)

  • Experience working with supply chain, manufacturing, and/or logistics stakeholders

  • Experience producing business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Experience with SQL skills and familiarity with data concepts (ETL, data models, & data quality)

  • Experience creating stakeholder-facing materials and delivering demos

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

  • Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Experience with strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

  • 5+ years of experience with AI/analytics product delivery contributions

  • Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI)

  • Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and/or similar delivery tooling

  • Experience working with ML and/or data science teams understanding model lifecycle, validation, and basic Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) concepts

  • Experience running discovery workshops, scoping POCs, and producing concise business outcome reports

  • Experience with stakeholder management, facilitation, and prioritization skills

  • Experience with helpdesk/operations reporting and/or supporting analytics operations
