Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare piping designs, pipe rack, hot small-bore piping, hot large bore piping and critical systems including layout, design sketches, isometrics, general arrangement (plot plan), piping arrangement, etc.
  • Develop 3D model design, drafting (AutoCAD and Smart Plant P&ID) and create deliverables.
  • Review shop drawings and provide detailed feedback and mark-ups for improvements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Propose design solutions, considering practical implications and optimal methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in piping design within the Power Generation, Oil and Gas or Industrial projects.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software SmartPlant3D.
  • Knowledge of relevant piping standards (ASME, API) and best practices.
  • Experience in performing detailed engineering calculations and generating design documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Fluency in English (Advanced).
