Job Description

PSI Pax is currently recruiting for a Mid-Level Module Supportto support our government customer in Indian Head, MD Remotely.

Duties & Responsibilities:Support operations of the NAVSEA Navy ERP Business Office. Performs specific tasks related to help desk support, master data management, reporting, analytics, testing, production operations, training and working with group participation and facilitation. Support NAVSEA Acquisition Management functions including:

  • Support process of Navy ERP Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders for: PCard, MILSTRIP, Contracts, and Funding Document transactions.
  • Support invoice and goods receipt processing for NAVSEA vendors.
  • Provide data reconciliation support.
  • Provide over-the-shoulder Navy ERP training as required.
  • Support month and year-end closing.
  • Support audit data calls.
  • Provide analysis and support for Navy ERP and NAVSEA business process requirements.
  • Perform regression testing related to material management module (MM) transactions.
  • Support maintenance of business rules and training material.
  • Supports strategic planning of the operational impact of releases, upgrades, planned maintenance, schedules, standard operating procedures, and business process efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Must have at least four (4) years of related experience in a DoD implementation of SAP™ in the Material Management (MM) Module.
  • Navy experience is desired.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.
  • Familiarity with systems such as the National Help Desk Service Manager (NHDSM) or similar is desirable.

Education RequirementsBachelor’s Degree. An additional two (2) years of directly related experience can be substituted for degree.PSI Pax is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
