
At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empower individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeing a dynamic and passionate Full-Time Mid-Level Medical Provider to lead, mentor and empower our Substance Use and Behavioral Health teams. This position will service the Eastern North Carolina areas.
Schedule: Primary work hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with additional flexibility as needed to support program operations.
The Mid-Level Medical Provider plays a key role in supporting clinical excellence across Easterseals PORT Health teams. This role ensures that medical and nursing practices meet internal policies, regulatory standards, and community best practices. The Mid-Level Medical provider provides direct support, training, consultation, and clinical services, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote integrated, high-quality care for individuals with mental health issues (including SPMI) and substance use diagnoses or co-morbidities.
