As a Mid-Level Java Developer, you will contribute to the development and evolution of applications that support a major benefits business, helping deliver reliable and intuitive experiences for end users. You will work with Java and Spring Boot to build maintainable, high-quality solutions while applying clean coding and testing practices. The role combines hands-on development with close collaboration across the delivery team and client stakeholders. You will contribute to improving engineering practices, application quality, and overall process maturity. The environment is agile, using practices such as Scrum, Kanban, daily ceremonies, sprints, and reviews. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact through modern software engineering while continuing to grow your technical expertise.
