Boeing Intelligence and Analytics is looking for a Mid-Level Integrated Master Scheduler to join a dynamic team supporting multiple different Intelligence Community Programs.
· On these programs, you will translate customer needs into detailed requirements and develop integrated software and support processes enabling the transformation of information into intelligence for decision advantage.
· Candidates must be able to adapt in an exciting, dynamic operational environment while maintaining relationships with stakeholders and customers.
· Developing comprehensive program schedules in Microsoft Project 2024, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and milestones.
· Leading the resolution of program issues, uncovering and resolving issues associated with the development and implementation of operational programs, and analyzing program metrics.
· Recommending program recovery acceleration plans, changes, and corrective actions, while leading the implementation of Program Management Best Practices and conducting Independent Reviews.
· Developing and implementing customer and program communication and contact plans to ensure effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
· Strong ability to identify and manage key program level interfaces between activities, teams, suppliers, partners, and customers.
· Proven track record in resolving program issues, analyzing program metrics, and recommending recovery acceleration plans and corrective actions.
· Expertise in implementing Program Management Best Practices and conducting Independent Reviews.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective communication and contact plans.
