What Success Looks Like:
In your first 90 days, you will:
-Produce high-quality images for Amazon listings and A+ content that drive customer engagement

-Collaborate effectively with other teams (marketing, sales, and account managers) to align design with business goals

-Ensure that all your designs meet Amazon's guidelines and specifications

-Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI tools to streamline your design process and stay ahead of the competition

-Continuously improve your work based on feedback and new industry trends

Your Responsibilities:

Design Execution & Iterations
Create compelling and effective design materials for Amazon listings, A+ content, and promotional visuals. Manage design tasks efficiently while meeting strict deadlines.

AI Tool Optimization
Leverage AI tools like Nanobanana and Krea AI to optimize design processes, ensuring faster turnaround times and more creative outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to develop visuals that align with branding and drive conversions on Amazon. Provide design support for ongoing campaigns and new product launches.

Adherence to Guidelines
Ensure all designs comply with Amazons design standards and brand guidelines. Maintain consistency across all visuals and update designs based on market trends and feedback.

Design Iteration & Flexibility
Produce quick design iterations when needed to meet fast-moving project requirements. Adapt to client feedback and continuously refine your approach.

Required Skills:
-Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

-Proficiency in using AI-based design tools like Nanobanana, Krea AI, or similar platforms

-Strong experience in designing for Amazon, particularly for product listings, A+ content, and promotional assets

-Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics

-Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

-Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Skills:
-Experience with video editing tools like CapCut

-Knowledge of Amazons design guidelines and best practices

-Ability to stay ahead of design trends in e-commerce and online retail
