If you’re an experienced Environmental Geologist looking for meaningful, hands-on work with real influence, this is an opportunity to step into a role where your expertise is trusted, your voice matters, and your growth is supported.

You’ll join a well-established environmental consulting team working on complex, high-impact projects across a major metropolitan area. This is the kind of role where you are not just executing tasks. You are shaping outcomes, guiding teams, and helping clients navigate critical environmental decisions.

What You’ll Get Out of This Role

On top of that, you’ll benefit from strong support for your professional development, including opportunities to expand your certifications, sharpen your technical skills, and grow into more senior leadership responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will manage and support environmental investigation and remediation projects, ensuring high-quality execution from start to finish. This includes overseeing drilling activities, soil and groundwater sampling, and vapor intrusion assessments.

You will guide field teams and subcontractors, provide QA/QC oversight, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You’ll also contribute to project planning, reporting, and client communication, helping translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Your role will also involve maintaining a strong focus on health and safety while helping drive a culture of continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

You bring a solid foundation in environmental consulting, along with hands-on field experience and project management capability. You are comfortable balancing technical work with leadership responsibilities and enjoy being both in the field and behind the scenes driving projects forward.

You likely have experience with Phase II environmental site assessments, regulatory compliance, and investigation and remediation work. Familiarity with relevant state regulations is important, along with the ability to oversee teams and ensure quality standards are met.

You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and dependable. You take ownership of your work and follow through.
