Job Description
Shega and Media Technologies PLC is seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative web applications that support our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain highly functional and user-friendly web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Build robust and scalable APIs using either .Net Core or Node.js (Nest.js), depending on project needs.
- Implement a clean and maintainable codebase adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration across all application layers.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
- Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.
Required Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
- Proven experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of API development principles and experience with either .Net Core or Node.js (a plus for experience with both).
- Experience with TailwindCSS for building responsive UIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for building high-quality software.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Experience with DevOps practices.
- Familiar with Agile Methodologies
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).
