Job Description

Position Overview:
We are looking for talented Mid-Level Data Scientists to join our growing team. You will work on diverse AI and analytics projects across telecom and fintech domains, developing predictive models and deriving insights from complex datasets to support business objectives including customer retention, fraud prevention, and service optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and validate machine learning models for telecom and fintech use cases (customer segmentation, propensity modeling, anomaly detection)
- Perform exploratory data analysis on network data, customer data, and transaction data
- Develop features from telecom CDR (Call Detail Records) and financial transaction logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements across telecom and fintech operations
- Implement data preprocessing pipelines and model training workflows
- Work with Azure Machine Learning and Azure Databricks platforms
- Document methodologies, findings, and model performance metrics
- Contribute to code reviews and best practice development
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles
- Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib)
- Experience with Azure cloud services and machine learning tools
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with telecom or fintech data
- Knowledge of customer behavior analytics and churn prediction
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD practices
