What You Will Do
- Advise clients on complex mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and prepare legal documentation for corporate transactions.

Ideal Candidate Background
- 6–8 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on M&A transactions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex legal concepts.
Preferred
- Experience working in a boutique law firm or similar environment.

Compensation and Benefits
