- Job Title: Mid-level BIM Consultant
- Work condition: Full-time, on-site at Nasr City.
- Key Responsibilities:
1) Drive the implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and automation strategies.
2) Provide technical expertise on BIM-related software including Revit, ACC, Dynamo, and programming languages (Python or C#).
3) Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and tailor BIM solutions accordingly.
4) Support business development efforts, including presales consultations and client demonstrations.
5) Deliver technical training sessions and workshops for team members and clients.
6) Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure adherence to BIM execution plans and industry standards.
7) Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Requirements:
1) Bachelors degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering.
2) Minimum 2 years of experience in a BIM role.
3) Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
4) Solid understanding of BIM workflows and industry standards.
5) Experience with automation and programming tools such as Dynamo is highly desirable.
6) Knowledge of 4D modeling is a plus.
7) Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
8) Private car ownership is preferred due to site visits and client engagements.
