HiJiffy is looking for a talented Mid-Level AI Engineer to join our remote team. With you on board, we aim to expand our AI capabilities and take our product to a whole new level.
You’ll be part of a motivated and growing product team, working in a friendly, collaborative environment where innovation is encouraged. What will you do?
Design and develop NLP applications to power guest–agent interactions.
Build effective text representations to transform natural language into useful features.
Find, implement, and optimize algorithms and tools for NLP tasks.
Train, evaluate, and refine models through statistical analysis and experimentation.
Collaborate with engineers and product teams to integrate AI features into scalable production systems.
Collect and organize large datasets to create event-driven actions and improve conversation insights.
Contribute to enhancing reporting systems with AI-driven analytics and automation.
Stay up-to-date with the rapidly evolving fields of LLMs and machine learning.
Solid understanding of NLP techniques (text representation, semantic extraction, classification algorithms).
Knowledge of big data frameworks and event-driven architectures.
Experience applying LLMs (e.g., GPT, Gemini, BERT, or similar) and RAG systems in production environments.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong coding skills with the ability to write robust, testable, and maintainable code in Python.
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
Background in the hospitality or SaaS industry.
