We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics capability. This is a hands-on role where you will transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling business teams to make informed decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Position Title: Mid Data Analyst

Location: Remote LATAM

What you will be doing:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI

• Build and maintain analytical data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations

• Analyze data from cloud data warehouses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into visual insights

• Support migration of legacy reports into modern analytics solutions

• Monitor and troubleshoot report performance and data quality issues

• Maintain documentation for datasets, metrics, and reporting processes

• Contribute to governance and data validation efforts

• Enable self-service analytics through clear and well-structured reporting

Required Skills & Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• +3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst

• Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visualization)

• Solid SQL skills and experience querying cloud data warehouses

• Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions

• Experience working with cross-functional teams
  

Nice to Have:

• Power BI certification

• Experience with dbt or modern analytics workflows

• Exposure to Python or R for analysis

• Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and data pipelines

• Understanding of dashboard UX best practices

• Experience with cloud platforms
