Job Description
The Mid-Atlantic Learning Center Coordinator supports the successful delivery of training programs across the Mid-Atlantic YMCA Learning Center region. This role coordinates training logistics, trainer and faculty support, event planning, financial tracking, and administrative processes to ensure a seamless learning experience. This is a part-time position with a salary range of $20-$22.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate in-person and virtual training logistics.
- Support trainers and faculty before, during, and after events.
- Manage training materials, travel arrangements, catering, and technology needs.
- Process expenses, invoices, and reimbursements.
- Maintain training records and administrative data.
- Provide exceptional customer service to trainers, host YMCAs, and participants.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Experience with training coordination, event planning, virtual platforms, or administrative operations preferred.
