About the work

Our client is building a library of real-world professional workflow recordings focused on Windows system administration.

We are looking for experienced IT Administrators, System Administrators, or Windows Administrators who manage Windows environments as part of their day-to-day professional work.

The goal of this project is to capture realistic workflows showing how IT professionals manage Windows users, servers, policies, permissions, and security configurations. This may include creating users and groups, applying password policies, configuring firewall rules, scheduling administrative tasks, and managing folder permissions.

There is no teaching or formal presentation required. You’ll simply record your screen while performing typical Windows administration workflows and narrate what you are doing.

Responsibilities

• Record 4–5 screen captures demonstrating real Windows administration workflows
• Create and manage Windows users and groups
• Configure and apply Group Policy settings
• Create or modify password and account policies
• Configure Windows Firewall rules and security settings
• Create and manage scheduled tasks
• Configure folder, file, and user access permissions
• Perform common Windows Server administration tasks
• Narrate your actions while completing each workflow
• Ensure recordings demonstrate realistic professional administration practices

Example workflows

A recording may demonstrate:

“Create a new user account, assign the user to the appropriate groups, configure required permissions and policies, and verify that the account has the expected access.”

Other recordings may demonstrate configuring Group Policy, applying password policies, creating firewall rules, scheduling recurring tasks, or managing folder permissions.

Required experience

• Currently working as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, Windows Administrator, or similar role
• 3+ years of hands-on Windows administration experience
• Manage Windows users, Group Policy, and Windows Server as part of your regular professional work
• Experience with user and group administration
• Familiarity with Windows security policies, firewall rules, permissions, and administrative tools
• Comfortable recording your screen while performing administrative workflows
• Able to clearly narrate your actions while completing each task
• Based in India

Nice to have

• Experience managing enterprise Windows Server environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
• Experience using PowerShell for Windows administration
• Experience with NTFS permissions, Windows Firewall, and Task Scheduler
• Experience supporting corporate or enterprise IT environments
