As a Microsoft Viva Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding, implementing, and optimizing the Microsoft Viva platform within our organization. Microsoft Viva is an integrated employee experience platform that brings together communication, knowledge sharing, learning, and insights to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving adoption, providing training, and leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft Viva to create a seamless and efficient digital workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Implementation: Lead the deployment and configuration of Microsoft Viva modules, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and requirements.
2. Training and Adoption: Design and conduct training sessions to educate employees on Microsoft Viva features, functionalities, and best practices to drive user adoption and engagement.
3. Content Management: Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to curate and organize knowledge articles, learning resources, and relevant content within the Viva platform.
4. Customization and Integration: Customize and integrate Microsoft Viva with existing tools, systems, and processes to enhance its effectiveness and relevance within the organization.
5. Metrics and Insights: Monitor and analyze usage data and employee feedback to measure the impact of Microsoft Viva, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
6. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to users, addressing issues related to Microsoft Viva and ensuring a seamless user experience.
