Manage and maintain enterprise IT environments
Full responsibility for servers and systems, including multiple Data Centers
Manage Active Directory environments
Manage Group Policies (GPOs)
Perform system hardening and security best practices
Support environments divided into multiple independent companies
Manage separate domains, including international operations
Work with CA and PKI-based infrastructures
High-availability mailbox environments
Database replication and failover mechanisms
Message transport and routing
Client connectivity protocols
Message journaling and compliance features
Administrative management tools
Logging and performance optimization

10+ years of experience working in enterprise IT environments
Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft-based infrastructures
Strong experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
Experience managing multi-domain environments
Hands-on experience with enterprise messaging systems
