Location: Mandaluyong or Cebu

Work Setup: Hybrid, 3 Days WFH and 2 Days Onsite

Work Schedule: Midshift, 2:00 pm - 12:00 am

Compensation Flexibility: Open to negotiation for highly qualified candidates

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently manage assigned responsibilities and develop subject matter expertise in Microsoft Power Apps.
• Actively participate in team discussions, contribute technical insights, and propose solutions to work-related challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve application-related problems.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues promptly to maintain application stability and performance.
• Document troubleshooting findings, resolutions, and technical procedures to support team knowledge sharing and knowledge base maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to improve application support processes, operational efficiency, and service effectiveness.
• Assist in testing and validating software updates, enhancements, and fixes to minimize recurring issues and maintain application quality.
• Support the integration of Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services and platforms.
• Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) and application support methodologies.
• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues within established timelines.
• Familiarity with integrating Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services and platforms.
• Ability to analyze system logs, application behavior, and performance metrics to identify root causes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide practical technical solutions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience improving application support processes and reducing recurring technical issues.
• Experience testing and validating software updates, application enhancements, and defect fixes.
• Experience documenting technical solutions and maintaining knowledge-sharing resources.
• Familiarity with supporting integrated Microsoft business applications and troubleshooting cross-platform issues.

• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge sharing.
