Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Location: Pune
Experience Required: 4-6 years

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Automate and Power BI, with a strong background in process automation and data analytics. The candidate should have hands-on experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems and leveraging GitHub and Jenkins for version control and CI/CD. Knowledge of NET is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI
• Integrate Power Platform applications with other systems and databases.
• Utilize GitHub for source code management and Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline setup.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance for Power Platform applications and workflows.
• Provide support for Power Platform environments and solutions post-deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and Power Platform development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including building and deploying Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions.
• Power Automate 4+ years of experience with Power Automate for automating workflows and business processes.
• Power BI 3+ years of experience with Power BI to design and implement reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Version Control and CI/CD 1-2 years of experience using GitHub for version control and Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
• NET (Preferred): 2-3 years of experience with NET technologies to integrate and extend Power Platform solutions.

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and business requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
