Job Summary

The Copilot Agent Developer is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI services. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop intelligent AI-driven solutions that enhance productivity, automate business processes, improve employee and customer experiences, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will combine expertise in conversational AI, prompt engineering, business process automation, systems integration, and Microsoft technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and governed Copilot solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI Solutions

• Implement Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions across Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft services.
• Configure enterprise knowledge grounding using SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, and approved enterprise data sources.
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries, AI instructions, and conversational design standards.
• Support AI-enabled automation initiatives leveraging Microsoft AI technologies and Power Platform capabilities.

Integration & Automation

• Integrate Copilot Agents with Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and external enterprise applications.
• Develop custom connectors, plugins, APIs, and workflows to extend Copilot capabilities.
• Design and build automated business processes using Power Automate and Azure services.
• Support integration with enterprise systems including SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, and other business applications where required.

Skill Requirements

Enterprise Governance & Security

• Implement secure access controls, authentication mechanisms, and governance standards.
• Ensure solutions comply with organisational security policies, DLP requirements, Responsible AI guidelines, and compliance frameworks.
• Support governance activities including environment management, solution deployment, monitoring, and auditing.
• Contribute to AI and Copilot Centres of Excellence by promoting best practices and standards.
