Job Summary

Overview of the Role

As a Power Apps Support Specialist for the Pharma industry, you will ensure the operational stability of Power Apps solutions. Your focus will be on incident management, application troubleshooting, and maintaining high availability of low-code applications for pharmaceutical clients.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Provide support for Power Apps applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and changes using ServiceNow, following ITIL best practices.
• Monitor Power Apps health using Dynatrace and BigPanda, identifying performance issues.
• Troubleshoot application errors, data connectivity issues, and integration problems.
• Collaborate with Power Apps developers to escalate complex issues and coordinate fixes.
• Document known issues, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides in Confluence.
• Track support tickets in JIRA, ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution.
• Perform routine maintenance and coordination with Microsoft support for platform updates.
• Coordinate with cloud infrastructure teams for Azure-related issues.
• Provide user support and assist with basic Power Apps queries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, and customize canvas apps using power apps platform.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs for the canvas apps solutions.
3. Implement efficient data models and workflows within canvas apps for seamless functionality.
4. Integrate canvas apps with other microsoft 365 applications and backend systems as needed.
5. Test and troubleshoot canvas apps to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on canvas apps functionality.
7. Keep abreast of the latest trends and updates in canvas apps and power apps technology.

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in application support or IT operations.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes (ITIL certified preferred) and experience with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace, BigPanda, or similar monitoring tools.
• Experience with JIRA for ticket management and Confluence for documentation.
• Basic shell scripting skills for automation.
• Foundational knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Exposure to GenAI technologies and Gemini for AI-assisted operations and automation is a plus.

Other Requirements

1.Microsoft Certified1.Power Platform App Maker Associate certification is preferred but not mandatory required.
