Microsoft 365 Administrator

• Administer and continuously improve a large-scale M365 environment, contributing beyond BAU support

Role Details:

As the Microsoft 365 Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and evolving the organisation’s digital workplace, going beyond day-to-day administration to help design, implement, and enhance a modern, secure M365 environment. This is a full-time permanent position with at least 3 days in our Coburg office.

Working closely with a collaborative team, you will contribute to initiatives that ensure the business is leveraging the latest Microsoft technologies while maintaining a strong and proactive security posture.

What you'll do:

• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment, including email security, backup, and archiving, ensuring strong performance, reliability, and continuous optimisation
• Proactively identify security risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities across the environment, strengthening compliance controls and maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation
• Support identity and access management capabilities, including DLP, DSPM, PAM, and Conditional Access, contributing to broader cyber security initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Cloud, Infrastructure, IGA, Modern Workplace, Cyber Security teams, and external vendors to deliver key projects and initiatives
• Contribute to automation, integration, and continuous improvement across the Microsoft 365 platform, enhancing efficiency and long-term capability

What you will bring:

• Strong expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and PowerShell
• Deep experience with enterprise security, email security, and backup solutions
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Defender XDR, and Intune
• Proven background in large, complex environments (2,000+ users) with exposure to security and compliance (DLP, Conditional Access, retention policies)
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a track record of driving continuous improvement in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking, with relevant Microsoft certifications preferred
