Microsoft IAM Engineer (One Identity Manager)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft IAM Engineer with strong expertise in One Identity Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. This role requires a skilled professional capable of designing, implementing, and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions aligned with modern security standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design and implement IAM solutions using the One Identity product suite
• 
  Customize and manage the One Identity data model
• 
  Develop and maintain connectors, integrations, and APIs
• 
  Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable IAM solutions
• 
  Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms
• 
  Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
• 
  Collaborate in cloud, DevOps, and microservices-based environments

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  8–10 years of overall experience in Identity & Access Management
• 
  9+ years of hands-on experience with One Identity Manager
• 
  Strong understanding of IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, access control)
• 
  Expertise in:

• 
  Experience with One Identity APIs and connectors
• 
  Strong programming skills in VB .NET (or similar)

  Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
