Position: MSD_F&O Functional_Senior – SCM

The Opportunity:

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Senior – SCM at EY GDS, you will contribute to the success of enterprise-scale D365 F&O implementations, primarily in the Supply chain management domain. You will have the opportunity to work with a growing team and play a key role in delivering financial transformation solutions, process improvements, and ERP implementations to global clients, helping build a better working world.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O for supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Manage business process analysis, solution design, and functional documentation for SCM modules.
• Conduct workshops with client stakeholders to gather requirements and propose industry best practices.
• Supervise the implementation lifecycle including configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
• Identify and resolve functional and system integration gaps.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to translate functional needs into robust technical solutions.
• Drive planning and execution of unit testing, UAT, and go-live readiness.
• Guide super user and end-user training and support documentation creation.
• Manage intercompany processes, multi-entity setups, and integration with finance and manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with EY and client project delivery standards, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and documentation practices.

• Experience in conducting GAP analysis, solution testing, and user training.
• Good understanding of security roles, data management, Azure DevOps, and LCS environments.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• 5–10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 F&O.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations in SCM or manufacturing domains.
• Strong domain knowledge of supply chain, production, and warehousing.
• Experience with Microsoft SureStep, Agile, or hybrid implementation methodologies.
• Proficiency in working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Microsoft certifications such as MB-300, MB-320 are preferred.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Knowledge of integration with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Power Platform.
• Familiarity with industry-specific supply chain practices and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in multi-country and multi-legal entity environments.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead discovery workshops, manage offshore teams, and mentor junior consultants.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment.

MSD F&O Functional Senior – Supply Chain Planning (8+ Years Experience)

Experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in Supply Chain Management, specializing in Demand Planning, Master Planning (MRP), Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales, and Warehouse Management. Proven experience in leading end-to-end implementations, business process transformation, solution design, testing, and user adoption across global organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of D365 F&O Supply Chain solutions, with a primary focus on Demand Planning and Master Planning.
• Conduct business requirement workshops and recommend industry best practices for planning and inventory optimization.
