About the Role

iCapital is seeking an experienced and strategic thinking Platform Architect to lead the launch and scalability of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the enterprise. This role is responsible for defining the architectural roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and integration with other enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will lead partnerships with business stakeholders and technology leaders to deliver outcomes that optimize operations and enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term roadmap and strategy for the Dynamics platform to drive client satisfaction, achieve global adoption, and maximize agent success.
  • Influence prioritization on product features that are blocking customer success by sharing feedback, explaining customer context and importance, effective communication and by leveraging senior leadership escalation, as needed.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise teams to align Dynamics capabilities with business objectives.
  • Own and drive governance standards for Dynamics customization, security, and compliance.
  • Oversee solution designs for new implementations and major enhancements and establish integration patterns with SaaS platforms and internal systems.
  • Ensure performance tuning, resiliency planning, and high availability.
  • Act as the primary liaison for vendor relationships (i.e. Microsoft, Avanade).
  • Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art AI tools and frameworks to accelerate development and deployment.
  • Contribute to the development of internal libraries, best practices, and reusable components for agentic systems.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, with 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale Dynamics implementations in a global environment
  • Expertise in Power Platform, Azure integration services, and data migration strategies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for executive-level engagement
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $175,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
