
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert (Finance & Operations) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, customization, and support of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. This role requires strong technical and functional expertise, business acumen, and the ability to translate organizational requirements into effective system solutions that optimize financial and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
âImplement, configure, and maintain Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and Project Management & Accounting.
âWork closely with finance, supply chain, and operations teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and deliver tailored solutions.
âCustomize Dynamics 365 F&O functionalities to meet specific business needs, ensuring scalability and best practice alignment.
âLead system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements to support business growth.
âProvide technical and functional support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
âDevelop and deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing support for end-users.
âEnsure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
âCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve data accuracy, reporting, and decision-making.
âBachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
âMinimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
âProven track record in implementing Finance and Supply Chain Management modules.
âStrong understanding of accounting principles, ERP systems, and financial processes.
âExperience with system integrations, data migration, and Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate).
âMicrosoft Dynamics 365 certification(s) in Finance & Operations is a strong advantage.
âExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
âAbility to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
