Job Description

  • 8+ years of Overall Experience
  • Worked as a BSA for the Last 5+ years
  • Last 2+ years in Dynamics 365 & Power platform with Sales CRM domain experience
  • Good communication, Team player, and positive attitude
  • Ability to individually contribute and manage BSA for the track on his
    own
  • Scrum methodology / Jira tool
  • Flexible to do testing as per the need Flexible to learn and adopt other technology
  • Preferred If the Candidate has good experience in the Sales CPQ (Configure, Pricing, and Quoting) module

Mandatory

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online Application (Sales) modules Conducting workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather requirements.
  • Basic configuration and customization understanding of CRM tool Data analysis and Mapping
  • Requirement Gathering and documentation System interdependency understanding Agile Methodology
  • Awareness of tool usage Like JIRA etc.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design Design and develop solutions for the Sales domain using
    Microsoft CRM Dynamics and integration technology. Responsibilities
    include the creation of a conceptual approach, functional analysis, fit-gap assessment, design approaches, functional testing, deployment, and
    support activities.
  • Work closely with the business stakeholders to drive and/or facilitate the
    development of requirements, specifications, and use cases.
  • Able to work on multiple projects and initiatives with different/competing timelines and demands.
  • Lead collaboration activities with business stakeholders on requirements elaboration, workflow design, configuration, and business
    re-engineering.
  • Manage and collaborate with product vendors and systems integrators
    on the delivery of solutions.
  • Work with delivery partners to review and finalize functional/technical specifications, review, version management, and implementation-related activities
