In response to this RFP, selected Proposers are expected to provide maintenance and support for Dynamics D365 10.0.35 and higher. Proposers are also expected to regularly monitor releases or updates of the software per Microsoft's schedule and guidelines, assess and summarize the impact of each version, then plan for the execution of the versions that are required or highly beneficial to the Port.
Proposers must be willing to help with
customization or de-customization of configurations within the software when necessary to meet certain Port processes. The Port is interested in a fully integrated response.
Request for on-call services may include, but are not limited to, the following capabilities in accordance with the instructions and requirements set out in this Request for Proposal ("RFP"):
1. Maintenance and support of the "Vessel Call" data integration, a customization in the Project Management Module that stores the activities of vessels coming to the Port
1.1. Creating billings for wharfage charges according to the rates per the Port's Tariff
1.2. Creating billings for dockage charges according to the rates per the Port's Tariff
1.2.1. Maintenance and support of current API web service call with an external entity for vessel visits to the Port of Long Beach.
1.3. Creating billings for other charges associated with vessel visits per the Port's Tariff
1.4. Maintain and support the configurations that monitor the accumulated counters of the breakpoints for applying discount calculations and the Guaranteed Annual Minimums (GAM) per the lease agreements setup in the system
2.Maintenance and support of the periodic file drop and pick up by "Tyler Munis", a City o Beach ERP system, a D365 data extraction drops to a network location for Munis to pick
3. Maintenance and Support of the following modules:
- Accounts Receivable
- Cash and Bank Management
- Common
