This is an exciting time to join us as we scale our global presence, innovate with automation, AI, and data, and empower businesses to transform their industries.

At our core, we believe in innovation, impact, and growth—both for our clients and our people. We offer an accelerated career path, giving you the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, develop your expertise, and grow into leadership roles quickly. • Define architecture for end-to-end intelligent automation ecosystems integrating Microsoft tools, UiPath, and conversational AI technologies.

  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Supervise and mentor a team of Power Platform developers, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and career development.

  • Support presales engagements and help define reusable Microsoft-RPA-AI reference architectures.

  • Hands-on Development: Architect, develop, and deploy advanced solutions using Power Automate (both cloud and desktop flows), Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power BI, and Dataverse.

  • Copilot Integration: Spearhead the integration of Microsoft Copilot and other AI capabilities into Power Platform solutions to enhance user experience and automate complex tasks.

  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for global clients, translating their business needs into technical specifications and providing regular project updates.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets scope, timeline, and quality standards.

  • Best Practices & Governance: Champion Power Platform governance, security best practices, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of Microsoft innovations and guide clients through technology selection and implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive Power Platform Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.

  • Deep Power Automate Knowledge: Expert knowledge of both Power Automate for desktop (RPA) and cloud flows, including complex API integrations, custom connectors, and error handling.

  • Experience designing or working with agentic AI platforms, virtual agents, or intelligent orchestration layers.

  • Copilot & AI Integration: Proven experience integrating Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or other AI services into Power Platform solutions.

  • Proven Leadership: 2+ years of experience in a team lead, senior developer, or similar supervisory role.

  • Client-Facing Experience: Demonstrable experience working directly with clients, gathering requirements, and presenting technical solutions.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions to business challenges.

  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, or other relevant certifications.

  • Communication: Strong team player & client engagement skills, with excellent communication, both written and verbal, in English.
