We are looking for a Microsoft Cloud IT Consultant to work on implementation, migration, and ongoing administration of customer IT infrastructures. In this role you will use your expertise across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, to deliver stable operations, technical quality, and continuous improvement of customer platforms.

What you'll do:

  • Operational administration of Microsoft platforms (Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Exchange Server, Microsoft Entra ID)
  • Endpoint administration and lifecycle management (device and user, policy, compliance, and configuration management, Endpoint administration using Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager)
  • Administration of on-premises infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PKI)
  • Administration and maintenance of virtualization platforms (Mware, vSphere (ESXi, vCenter), Hyper-V)
  • Administration of backup and recovery solutions (Veeam Backup & Replication, Commvault)
  • Backup monitoring, restore testing, and disaster recovery procedures
  • Participation in infrastructure implementation and migration projects (exchange, identity, and hybrid infrastructure migrations, modernization of existing customer environments)
  • Administration of Microsoft Azure infrastructure (Virtual machines, networking, storage, integration with on-premises environments)
  • Automation of operational and administrative tasks using PowerShell and Power Automate
  • Analysis of existing customer environments and preparation of technical recommendations
  • Creation and maintenance of operational and technical documentation

What we expect:

  • 2+ years of experience in infrastructure administration or IT consulting
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and/or Exchange Server, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Experience working with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager
  • Experience administering virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V)
  • Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam and/or Commvault)
  • Solid understanding of hybrid infrastructure concepts
  • Solid understanding of endpoint management principles
  • Solid understanding of backup and disaster recovery
  • Strong PowerShell skills
  • Experience supporting production customer environments
  • Ability to create and maintain technical and operational documentation
  • Ability to independently lead technical implementation streams
  • Experience handling complex hybrid or multi-tenant environments
  • Participation in solution design and technical decision-making
  • Mentoring less experienced engineers
  • Experience in presales or technical assessments
