Job Description


• Development and Customization:
Develop and implement custom solutions and extensions in Business
Central using AL language.
Customize standard Business Central functionality to meet
specific business requirements.
o Develop and maintain reports, data imports/exports, and
integrations with other systems.
Design and implement data models and database structures. •
Implementation and Support:
o Participate in the full software development lifecycle,
including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
o Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Business
Central users.
OASSIst with System upgradesa Assist and migrations.
o Create and maintain technical documentation. • Collaboration
and Communication:
Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and
other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates
and resolve issues.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions. Best
Practices and Standards:
Adhere to best practices for Business Central development and
coding standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Business Central features and
technologies. Ensure the security and performance of Business
Central solutions.
• Integration:
o Develop and maintain API integrations with other systems. o
Work with Web Services, and other integration technologies.


Requirements


Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Business Central Developer
(formerly NAV Developer).
Strong proficiency in AL language and Business Central
development tools.
Experience with Business Central extensions and
customizations. Understanding of SQL Server and database concepts.
Experience with web services and API integration.
Experience with power platform is a plus.
Experience in working with municipalities and government departments beneficial
