Job Description

Leidos is seeking a Microsoft 365 Power Platform Architect to join our DoD Enterprise IT Modernization (DEIM) team supporting a large-scale digital modernization program for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and DoD Fourth Estate agencies. This role designs, implements, and governs enterprise Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud solutions, partnering with technical and Government stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable collaboration and productivity capabilities.

Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance required. U.S. Citizen required.

**100% remote work - Candidates must be based in the DMV area and capable of commuting to our Reston, VA headquarters on an as-needed basis for key meetings and events**

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the overall architecture of the enterprise Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power BI.

  • Design scalable, secure M365 solutions and integrate them with existing systems and third-party applications.

  • Implement and monitor governance, compliance, and security policies across the platform.

  • Support hybrid cloud environments and Azure integrations.

  • Automate administration and operational tasks using PowerShell and Power Automate.

  • Act as a senior escalation point for critical Power Platform issues and oversee resolution.

  • Partner with stakeholders to align M365 capabilities with mission and business objectives, and provide strategic input on adoption of new features.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain. Specific experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 administration, engineering, or architecture, including hybrid cloud environments.

  • Active DoD Secret clearance required.

  • Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ ce or equivalent) required at time of hire.

  • Expert-level proficiency administering and architecting Microsoft 365 services.

  • Hands-on experience designing and building Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power BI.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, including hybrid cloud architecture and identity integration.

Demonstrated ability to:

  • Automate administration and operational tasks with PowerShell or Python in a production environment.

  • Design and enforce governance, compliance, and security policies across a Microsoft 365 environment.

  • Integrate Microsoft 365 platforms with existing systems and third-party applications.

  • Communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, across technical and leadership audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting DISA or other DoD/federal programs.

  • Experience with AWS in addition to Azure.

  • Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert

  • DoD 8570 IASAE Level II or higher certification.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
