We're looking for a passionate Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineer to help enterprise customers successfully adopt and scale Microsoft's AI-powered productivity platform.

As a Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, configuring, and governing Microsoft 365 Copilot across large enterprise environments. You will work closely with security, compliance, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure a secure, scalable, and successful Copilot implementation.

This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, Copilot configuration, governance, security, and enterprise rollout strategies.

Requirements

• Lead enterprise-wide deployment and rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot across large organizations.
• Configure and manage Microsoft 365 Copilot using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Administer Microsoft 365 Copilot features, policies, licensing, and governance.
• Configure and manage Microsoft 365 Agents, including:
• Copilot Agents
• Microsoft Graph Connectors
• Agent configuration and deployment
• First-party Microsoft Copilot experiences
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to establish governance for AI adoption.
• Configure Microsoft Purview to secure Copilot environments, including:
• Data governance
• Information Protection
• Sensitivity Labels
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Retention Policies
• Compliance controls
• Identify and remediate Copilot data exposure risks using Microsoft Secure Access Management (SAM) reports and Microsoft security recommendations.
• Assess data readiness before Copilot deployment and recommend improvements.
• Work with business stakeholders to drive Copilot adoption and maximize business value.
• Develop deployment standards, documentation, operational procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices around Microsoft 365 AI capabilities.
• Troubleshoot deployment, configuration, licensing, and security-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft AI, Copilot, and Modern Workplace innovations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Hands-on experience rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in:
• Microsoft 365 Admin Center
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint Online
• Exchange Online
• OneDrive for Business
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture and administration.
• Experience configuring Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Agents, Graph Connectors, and first-party Copilot experiences.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview and enterprise data governance.
• Experience implementing:
• Sensitivity Labels
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Information Protection
• Compliance policies
• Data Classification
• Experience identifying and remediating Copilot data risks using SAM reports or equivalent Microsoft security assessments.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing and Copilot prerequisites.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio development or deployment.
• Experience building custom Copilot agents.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services.
• Experience working in enterprise digital workplace or modern workplace transformation projects.
• Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Security, or Azure are highly desirable.
