As a
Microservices Developer
at Aspire, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable microservices-based applications that power enterprise solutions. You will build secure, high-performance backend services, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to delivering reliable, cloud-ready applications following modern software engineering and DevOps best practices.
What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications following modern architectural principles.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services to support internal and external applications.

Implement service-to-service communication using APIs, messaging queues, and event-driven architectures.

Ensure the scalability, resilience, security, and performance of microservices.

Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, architects, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms following security best practices.

Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and secure code.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to microservices, integrations, and distributed systems.

Support CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments to enable efficient software delivery.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting modern development tools and engineering best practices.
What You'll Need
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
-
3–6 years of experience in backend or microservices development.
-
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
-
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.

Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, .NET, Node.js, or similar.

Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO / SOC or similar.
