Job Title: Microbiology Lab Director
Location: DeLand, Florida
Work Mode:Onsite
Pay Rate: USD $1,20,000 – $1,50,000 / yr

Lead high-volume clinical laboratory operations with a strong focus on Microbiology Responsible for daily lab operations, regulatory compliance, quality programs, budgeting, and people leadership across one or more lab sites.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee lab operations and ensur e CAP, federal, and state compliance
• Manage budgets, productivity, and operational performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop lab leadership teams
• Drive quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in medical technology or related science
• 10+ years Microbiology experience
• 8+ years lab management in high-volume environments
• Medical Technologist certification (ASCP/AMT/AAB or equivalent)
• Florida Supervisor License (or ability to obtain)

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree (MBA or related field)
• Experience with lab expansions or system implementations
